Rendernig fields problem
Hi all….. this is my problem, a am using a matrox card to cature my vids…. in PAL DV format…. but beacose i hawe another comp with quadcore processro i am using this machine to edit my vid’s…. i set project to PAD DV 25 frames, lower fields…. and render as this……. but allways you can see litle “Scratche” edges……. like i am render it in top fields….. but whean i try to put this vid in a DVD format PAL standard…….. the edges, and every moovment with a camera is so “ugly”, the edges all torn off… and its imposibile to watch….. Any and i mean ANY healp is awesome and you are mu only hope 😀

Is the Matrox card set up to capture lower fields first? When you drop the file into Vegas and go into the properties for the media, does it correctly say that it’s lower fields first? Everything else you are doing sounds right so it may be getting mixed up in either the capture or interpretation of the footage by Vegas.

Card is set corectly, but the problem is stil there
