I need to render a video file without the black bars. When I view the file in the workspace, there are no black bars, but when I go to export, there are black bars. In the past I have stretched the screen up using the motion/scale effect and unlock the uniform scale checkbox, but in the preview/editing screen (not sure what this is called), I do not see the bars, only when I go to edit it.Please see attached file.

Hi Ryan. No file is attached.

What is the format of your timeline (HD or SD? 16:9 or 4:3 aspect)? What are your output settings for your render?

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2014 (as of 7/2015)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.

That is a great question. How do I find out the format of my timeline? I was trying to figure that out. Pardon my inexperience, this is new to me.
