    Hello,
Trying to render an uncompressed AVI 4K video but I am getting an error message limit in the adobe media encoder dialogue box, how can I input an uncompressed 3840×2160 resolution footage?

An uncompressed AVI file would be so huge as to be unplayable.

    For YouTube MP4 is sufficient.

Everyone I know only uses uncompressed video for archiving.

I will never play the uncompressed video, I just need it to upload to youtube so youtube can run its own compression.
If I use the MP4 compression, then I will have: MP4 compression + youtube compression = banding and other artifacts.
