November 13, 2012 at 5:21 pmSee if you have a template in your list for “widescreen” Otherwise change the pixel aspect ratio within the regular temple template.

November 14, 2012 at 1:37 amThere is no way to simply render a 4:3 project as 16:9 and have it be acceptable because it will have huge black bars on either side. You really should change your project properties to PAL DV Widescreen (720×576, 25.000 fps) and go back and crop all of your events to match the 16:9 aspect.
If you don’t have time to do that, you can create a new project with the properties set to PAL DV Widescreen (720×576, 25.000 fps) and drop your 4:3 project in it as nested veg file. Then go into Pan/Crop and right-click the frame and select Match Output Aspect. This will crop your entire 4:3 project to 16:9 but you may be cutting off heads to you’ll need to go back and make sure to keyframe the crop where needed. Then you can render as 16:9 and have it look correct.

Sorry I really don’t understand your question. Are you somehow making 12:11 videos instead of 16:9?
