    Hey all..

I have a deadline tomorrow and i really would like to know if anyone could help me out with this.

I have a piece of footage that i rotoscoped to make a line go behind someone walking, i have other little text animations with it as well. My problem is that when i try to render my clip it only renders out my animations and where my footage is supposed to be is just black, neither the original background footage or the root footage renders out.

Help would be very much appreciated

    this is my problem

A screen shot of your UI will help, but it sounds like you might have accidentally set your background layers as guide layers [link].
