rendering problems

Hope you can help.
Having trouble rendering an .avi file.
I have a project that is 1 hour long, I try to render it as an avi file, it doesn’t render as one file, but splits up into files that are 3.99gb each?
Am I doing something wrong in the settings?

Your hard drive is formatted as FAT-32.
Re-format it as NTFS and this won’t be an issue.
