    Rendering out parts of a clip

    Hi, new to Final Cut – I’ve an hour long clip I want to slice into separate takes, and export them as a separate quicktime movies so someone else can load them into his Final cut system.

    I can’t figure out how to do this. Dragging into the bin to export ends up getting multiple clips all the length of the original.

    Any suggestions, would be appreciated.

    Subclip the hour long clip and batch export the subclips.
