Rendering My Project Right
Ok, so I just want to first say how much I’ve appreciated CreativeCow for all the info I’ve gotten off of here before ever posting. 🙂
This is my first question for the forum, I am working with someone on an independent film. She has edited it and I am doing the score as well as some other things graphically. I am attempting to stabilize the opening shot of the film and that is being done in After Effects, but before I can do that she gave me the raw footage which includes the clap board and the set up of the shot which adds alot of time to the shot and tracking a shot for stabilization of course can take quite awhile to render and such so I am cutting the shot down to just what I need in Sony Vegas.
My problem arises when aafter Ive cut the shot down and I am trying to render the edited shot out to be the same quality ass how she gave it to me which is the following parameters.
HDV 1080-60i (1440x1080x12, 29.970 fps),
When I attempt to render it out to this degree 3 things occur.
First off, it renders out to 1440x1080x24 (instead of x12)
Second, the image is now smaller and when watched in windows media player there is a black box all around it
And third, the final shot is very choppy!
Can someone help me understand what I might be doing wrong….
Thank you.
