  Rendering Main Concept mp4

  Would there be a reason that I would not have a template available, when I go to render, and choose the Main Concept mp4 choice?
  Another thing is that when I pick that choice, it tells me that there in no template avialable for that format, so I click “ok”. If I go back to the drop down render menu again, Main Concept mp4, is no longer even in the drop down menu of choices, it just disappeared. I have the update 6.0D. I even went to the bother of loading D update for Sony site, to a cd, then re-installed again and still the same. The Main Concept mp4 will only come back to the drop down menu if I restart the computer.
