Rendering from MOV via Movavi Video Converter 6
I have a Panasonic HDR-H288 HDD 3 CCD, PAL system camcorder that shoots in MOV files, which Sonny Vegas 9 does not support. (I live in China which uses the PAL system)
I use Movavi Video Converter 6
I have many formats to render the video in
Mpeg-4 format (.mp4)
DVD Pal Compatible (.mpg)
WMV 9 for DVD quality video (2mbps) – very slow rendering
WMV HD 1080/25p (.wmv)
WMV HD 1080/30p – very slow rendering
WMV 9 for DVD quality video (1 mbps) – very slow rendering
WMV 9 for DVD quality video (2 mbps) – painfully slow rendering
WMV HD 720/25p thru WMV HD 720/30p -Very slow rendering
AVI (DivX, Xvid, etc) – fast rendering
MPEG1, 2 (DVD, SVCD, VCD)Not all of these will work with Sony Vegas. I am not sure which ones, I’m doing the slow process of checking each one out.
My question is, in the final cut, which should I stay with? The camcorder is is not HD. I want as good a quality that comes from the cam in the final cut burned to a DVD disc for the best TV output.
I’m a newbie at this, and find all the jargon and suggestions confusing. I want to know the settings I should use for the best quality with Vegas 9 via Movavi Video Converter 6.
Thanks for your help
