Well… you didn’t give us a whole lot of information to go by. If your source is MPEG2, use one of the MPEG2 Blu-ray templates. If your source is AVCHD, use one of the AVCHD Blu-ray templates. It’s that simple. Higher bit-rates mean better quality so 16Mbps AVCHD will be better quality than 10Mbps AVCHD and 25Mbps MPEG2 will be much better quality than 8 Mbps MPEG2.
