Rendering Flawless from Vegas for a Mac
How do I render out a 6 1/2 minute HD file to standard def that will look great and play flawlessly on a G4? We also want the file size to be small enough to send it over yousendit as well.

I would recommend the IMX50mb 720×486 MXF. I use this with a FCP user but I think he had to purchase a MXF add-on of some type for full integration with FCP. Be forewarned, Vegas and FCP in general do not speak to each other.
