  • Rendering bug with tracked windows on off-speed clips?

I’m running into a weird problem with Resolve8.0.1. I have a clip in my session that was slowed down to 50% in FCP. I’ve tracked a CPW on this clip, and it looks just fine when I play it back in realtime from within Resolve.

But when I render this clip out, the window does not track or animate at all. It just stays put in the same position that the window is in on the 1st frame of the clip.

Other tracked windows in the same session render fine, though.

Is this a bug, or am I overlooking something here?

I guess overlooking…maybe there is something in the render settings set up wrong ?
Like Source mode, or its rendering a different version , or Flat pass is on ?

It’s not any of those, actually. The problem only seems to be happening on a clip that has the speed change in it. It’s the only version in the versions stack, too.

Try tracking the shot at normal speed, render and redo the speed change back in FCP.
