Rendering avoidance
Sadly, I have lost a previous edit decision list and need to simply cut a tail and head from a You Tube video. Is it possible to make just an edit on a rendered piece without re-rendering which brings the quality of the graphics to a substandard level? Either at the You Tube state or on the time line of the original?

The original yes if it is mpeg-2. As for youtube, it is doubtful.
