I have noticed that when I am rendering my sequences that there are big differences in render times. Sometimes its quick and sometimes its hours. Now I understand that having a lot of movement on graphics and filters will slow it down but I have not done anything special to cause it to slow down. I am working with IMX30, P2, avi and dvcpro footage. So my question is what is the best settings to speed up my render times. Also I need to export my movies as IMX30 and when I select it from the list the export time is triple the movie time but if I export as current settings it takes a few minutes. Looking at the properties of the two they are exactly the same. Any clue why selecting IMX30 takes a lot longer? What is the best setting for an IMX 30 project?
