rendering, and exporting to Quick time, with added time
Hi, I am having an issue with a video I am working on. I exported the video through FCP as a quick time movie, and it added about 2 extra minutes at the end of the film. I need to be able to loop the video so that extra time will really be a problem. There is nothing else in my timeline so I really don’t know why it adds the extra time.
I am somewhat new to all this, so sorry if this is a bit immature, but is exporting as a quick time movie really my best option? I just am wondering what the highest quality is that I can get, reguarding video type, fps, ect. I am shooting with a canon gl1 and I will be projecting the video, played as a dvd, with a nec vt46. If that is not enough information I can give more, but I don’t really know what else to say. Thanks a lot…….Chris.

Try marking an in and out point at the head and tail of the sequence, then export a non self contained QT movie and then encode that file.
