  Rendering A.E. comps in Premiere

  Hi, I use After Effects 7.0 a lot to make my movies than I drag my composition from After Effects into Premiere than I render the composition in Premiere. But, for some reason lately, the rendered footage from After Effects looks a bit blurrly and grainy compared to the original avi footage that looks just fine when I play the original footage in Premiere. Is some setting off? What do I need to change to fix this. Thanks for the help.
