    Look at Sequence > Render All and ensure that the Red Needs Render line has a checkmark next to it. If it doesn’t, click it to check it.

    As a general rule, I leave everything checked in all the Render settings.

    Walter, your suggestion worked wonderfully. The color lines were not check-marked, although I don’t understand how they got unchecked.
    Now my system is working.
