  Rendered videos “flashing”, slightly more info

  Sorry for not responding sooner on my other thread, I have finals going on and everything is very hectic.

  My video “flashing” problems seem like the brightness jumps way too high for a frame or two and washes everything out, how I would describe it is looking like the sun shined into the camera while filming.

  I would upload a video of the occurrence, but the problem doesn’t occur every time and the files are quite large that have the issue now.

  On some videos if I re-render, the problem completely goes away, on others the effect is reduced. To restate, if I render again it helps or fixes the problem, but no telling how well.
