Rendered videos are sort of laggy?
When I render a video in Sony Vegas 10.0 the video is sort of laggy/choppy. Here is an example:
When I watch the raw DXTory file, it is smooth, but after I render it in Sony Vegas it is choppy. Here is a screenshot of the render settings I am using:

EDIT: In case someone says that my PC isn’t powerful enough, I can assure you that the game plays smoothly, and the unrendered file looks fine. Only problem is that it is like 40GB.

Alright, I’ve managed to sort of troubleshoot my way out of this. I switched the DXTory codec and that stopped the lag, but made the videos over saturated. I messed with settings in Sony Vegas and managed to fix it so everything is good now. Here is a video with everything set up properly:
