It Depends on
Where you want the video to play? Is it for Web or you are going to burn it on a DVD?

What quality do you want?

You can go for QuickTime PNG video Codec. The file size is moderate with no quality loss.

Click on the highlighted area next to Output Module to open Output Module Settings and then Choose PNG Video codec in Format.

And Vishesh is correct, without you telling us the intended destination of your file, it’s hard to really suggest an output.

Ok I need it 2 types then :

1. One for web to put it on our portfolio.
2. To deliver the client in a DVD or a BluRay disc.

For DVD or Blu-ray, use the DVD or Blu-ray encoding presets in Adobe Media Encoder. For web, use the encoding presets for YouTube or Vimeo in Adobe Media Encoder. It’s that simple.

I hose h264 and the file got to 64MB only, without any lose in quality. WOW!!!
