    Hey there!

I’m having a bit of a finicky issue. I’m wondering if there is any way to force Photoshop CS5.1 to remember what codec was chosen when exporting the previous video clip. In CS4, Photoshop always remembered the previously used codec, and when either saving a few videos in a row, or when running an action, all of my video clips were saved with the same codec. Now with CS5, I have to enter in the codec every single time I render a clip, which also does not let me use actions. It’s quite annoying.

File > Export > Render Video > Settings > Video Settings > Compression Type

“Compression Type” is the one that will not remain the same from clip to clip or file to file.

I’m hoping that there is some weird preference that I need to change to fix this problem, but I can’t seem to find it, nor can I find any info online.

    Any ideas??

    Huge thanks 🙂
