  Render RAM usage much lower than usual… why?

  Hi,

  I’ve been used to having AE taking around 60% of my 2GB during movie renders, and now it’s only using around 30-35% and my renders have as a result, obviously slowed down…

  In my prefs, my max memory is 120%, & max cache is 60%, both still at the actual AE defaults… Why has the memory usage has suddenly decreased like that?

  All my files on still on the same hard drive BTW and I have not changed my PC in any way since my last renders a few months ago…

  I work with AE CS2.
