  render problems in FCP

  using FCP 6.06 and motion 3.
  when taking files into the timeline from motion im having half the tracks go missing when i render. They are there in the viewer when playing but disapear when stopped. and when they go in the timeline they are there when i drag the play head over the clip, but half disapear when i render??

  any clue as to what is going on here?

  Ive had this happen a few times now.
