    I have this problem when i render an AE projects into a QT movie it renders with this strange waves and not as smooth as it looks in AE
    I have all my settings to best quality and im rendering with the sorenson video 3 codec at 720X480 NTSC DV with 29.97 fps.

    Can you post two images (before, after) to a website?
