Render out only portion of timeline?
Posted by Larry Watts on June 25, 2012 at 11:13 amLast fall I read that it wasn’t possible to render out a single media clip of a small portion of the timeline.
Has this changed at all? I need to do this now, and a forum search didn’t come up with an answer I could find. Thanks
Larry

All the best,

Tom, I think Larry is referring to exporting a portion of the timeline, not rendering on the timeline.

Yes, I do mean creating a new separate piece of media by rendering/exporting a portion of the timeline.
A separate new rendered clip, sometimes called a sub clip.
