Render out different sections of the same comp?

I think I’m nuts too Dave. But yes AME is an option. Can anyone remember the name of the plug in which lets you select multiple in and outs from the time line and export?

I know this is an old thread but I had this requirement recently & spent a while looking for a solution.

In the end I made this script that turns composition markers into render sections so you can easily render out different sections of the same comp.
