Render Manager options?
Can one set the Render Manager to dump its files after an elapsed “expiration” date or something? Freelancers come in and edit…weeks after they are gone does someone have to remove their render files per project by hand or can it be set to automate?

There is no function within FCS that will do periodic/scheduled cleanup. For this you need to do some Unix scripting to set a Cron job to look for media that is a certain age and delete it. This can be dicey, best practice is to remove files manually.
