  Render freeze

  Hi I’m rendering out to an avid dnxhd mov. My file freezes anywhere between 20-70% of the way through, generally on shots with key frames or green screen. No error, it just keeps ticking away til zero time, but doesn’t render beyond this shot.
  Just bought the laptop. Windows 8, latest vegas, GPU on or off doesn’t make a difference.
  Any thoughts on how to get it to render?

  It will sometimes crash with a vegas stopped working error screen. Here’s the message:
