Render Duration Log
I was wondering if Vegas MS Platinum has the ability to keep a log of how long a movie took to render. I tried unchecking the “close this dialog box when done,” but the time still reset to 00:00:00 when the movie was done. I’m just trying to minimize the time my computer is rendering movies. Now that I have most of my decisions about which formats and codecs to use, I want to play around with the quality setting to see if that affects the render time.

Look in the lower left corner of the main window when the render is complete (in the status area). It will give you a readout of the time it took to render.
