    Render codec?

    I am working on a project that is combining HD footage and SD footage. I have created my program using the SD 525i and bring all my footage in. The M100 down converts the HD footage fine, however when I put titles in this program, the rendered titles really degrade the quality. Any thoughts as to why this is occurring?

    What codec are you rendering into? I would suggest ProRes if you have them installed

    I do the ProRes HQ. Ive used it and pretty much all the codecs available including uncompressed. They all have a similar effect.
