  Render both 60p and 25pinto final video. Is this an issue ?

  I recently acquired a GH3 and did a shoot with the frame rate at 60p . I only had one battery ( backups in the mail) so while the battery charged I shot with my GH1 at 25p. Probably a mistake. My GH3 is set to NTSC and the GH1 to PAL. I can’t change this. As most footage is at 60p , is this what I should render at ? And will this cause any problems with the 25p footage ? The video will be for internet only.
