HI, I am editing storyboard animatics. Show will be in HD. They are giving me 1920×180 jpegs.
when I import to timeline they have red render line over them. I think I must have my sequence settings wrong. Can anyone help? Could it be the wrong frame rate or dimensions, aspec ratio? Any help would be very appreciated.

Doesn’t jpeg always need to render? Since I doubt you’re working in a jpeg codec sequence. But make sure your RT settings are set to unlimited, and not safe.

The RT drop down isn’t giving me that option. I’ve seen it there before but its gone.

Please check item properties and give exact specifications of your media and of the sequence you’re working in. If necessary post screen shots of both.

    All the best,

Thanks Tom. I’m having other issues with our whole work flow so For now I’m letting this issue rest. Thanks for your reply. I’m sure I’ll have more questions in the future once we figure get up and running again. Thanks.
