    Hello,

    Is there software/plugin that allows you to display ‘rendering’ or the render progress bar on the TV output?

    I am in an edit suite, at the amount of times people say ‘why aren’t you playing it’, and I have to explain the rendering factor!

    Also, any render farm idea that you can render and keep editing?

    I am on FCP HD with Blackmagic cards.

    I’ve been editing for decades.

    I TALK to my clients thoughout the session.

    I say things like< "I've got to render this... still rendering... come on, render, little guy, render... almost done. Ahh, here it is."

    My favourite:-

    “Shall I make you a cup of tea while this is rendering?”

    Thanks for your help.

    Of course I talk to my clients – I’ve been doing it for awhile too.

    Just thought this would be a nice addition.
