I have a project I am breaking down into three video’s, day 1, day 2 etc. I have Day 1 done and rendered to open in dvda2, now if I want to add this video to day 2 to make it all one video how should I save or render it?
Also I want the dvda2 menue to have day 1, day 2, day 3 as choices to play video, how would I go about also making a play all button?

    thanks
    Michael

If you want them all ONE file in DVDA, render to DV-AVI (I’m assuming the original content was DV-AVI). Once all the DV-AVI files are done, load them all in a “final” project and then render the complete project to MPEG2.

Alternately, in Vegas 6 you could use nested VEG files and not render anything until the final render.

The project I just finished, which I posted a question before reading how-to and then recended my question, had 7 different Chapters. I put 7 buttons on the menu, one for each chapter, but set each chapter to link into the next to create a full program run. If this makes any sense. I set each program to link to the next.
