Removing unused footage from hard drive
I have made a film with 56gig of footage and I want to keep only that which I used in the 10 minute film. How do I delete that which I am not useing from capture scratch?

You will use Media Manager. Read the manual VERY carefully.
Unsolicited opinion: Apple’s design team created Media Manager to be an obtuse, opaque and user-stupid implementation of a process that is elegant and simple on any other NLE.
