I have captured footaged through a KONA LHe from the component out of JVC’s HDV deck. The 720p24 footage is wrapped in a 60p wrapper to maintain a cadence that FCP will support. As I am finishing to film, the lab said that I could use Cinema tools to remove the pulldown on the 24p video. I have tried this and get a message saying: “Error: video does not contain an NTSC frame rate.”

Is the lab mistaken or am I doing something wrong here?
