Removing loud crow noise, what is the best pluggin or software ?

Get your microphone as close to the source as possible. Hopefully you didn’t rely on the camera mic. There is no software that can do as good a job as moving a unidirectional microphone closer to your source.

Take a look at Waves NS1. I have not tried this but I’m currently looking at it based on the demo videos. You can download a trial and see if it works for your situation.
