removing a head
Editing some footage that was shot at night. Someone decided a key light on the “mysterious visitor” would be appropriate. However, his head is so well lit against the black backdrop that he isn’t that mysterious! Tried using a garbage matte and all looked well on the monitor and finally the tv. However, when the director looked at the footage, he could clearly see the matte on his tv. Strange. Anyway, looking for a tool(s) in Premiere CS5 to get rid of the head. Don’t have any other tools like After Effects. Any suggestions other than a reshoot appreciated.
