Depending on how and what you are using the video for, you can also try a 80-70% slo mo effect, I use it alot to smooth out shaky or rough shooting,

I would love it if it only needed that!! So far, the istabilize application ( recommended by Kevin ) has exceeded my expectations with the time spent trying it out and the pricepoint. I really didn’t know much of what I was doing and yet, it looked pretty good. If it is not good enough, I will surely enlist one of the pros who have offered their help.
