remove reflection from mirror+ wipe blood
I am a newbie in video editing, and here’s what i am facing problem with. I want to show a vampire standing in front of a mirror covered with blood. he wipes out the blood with his hand and sees that there is no reflection of him in the mirror.
now, I’ve already shot the part without having the blood on the mirror and thought will do it and the no reflection thing in post production.
I’ve pretty much figured out how to put blood on the mirror and under the moving hand, but can’t figure out how can i wipe the blood out with the hand’s motion path and put out the reflection from the mirror.
PLZ help me out on this one….. i really want to make it happen.

For showing the wipe effect you have to use a mask and then animate it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDEKGM81ghAFor removing reflection, if you have a clean plate of your mirror then you can replace it using the same mask technique again.
If you don’t have a clean plate then you can create one using Stamp Tool.
