Remove moire pattern? What method/workflow works the best?

I’m trying to discover the best technique to get rid of moire for life ^^
I’m working with a lot of different shirt patterns and seem to continuous bump into time-consuming moire pattern that end up looking bad when i export it to a website in ect. 735×484. or whenever your not working with i super high res screen (i work on an 27″ iMac 2008)
Can any of you show the best solution to remove this moire and make a nice ready for web image
So far what works the most for me is making size size width:8000pix with smart object and the export for web at width:735pix.
Though is always a trail and error process and never seem to get a bullet proof system.What do you guys do to get over this problem with not to much pain.

Shot with canon 5D on f/4 24-105mm so i have 21mp.Best regards Mads

Well, it looks like the basic issue is there are stripes in the shirt. That’s not really a moire pattern, but the pattern of the shirt itself. Try smoothing out the shirts better and making them more stiff so the lines contour better. Beyond that, try rotating the shirt 45 degrees and reshoot, but fix in PS. Sharpening will also over-enhance those lines – try using Bicubic or Nearest neighbor when reducing images instead of bicubic sharper (default for image reduction).
