  Remove dust with BorisFX Dust and scratch

  I have a video clip with some dust on the lens just about in the center of the frame. I tried VDub DeLogo, but it created a blur spot that was more distracting than the dust spot. I downloaded BCC7 and Boris Red5 to try and use the Dust and Scratch removal filter but cannot figure out the correct steps to make it work. Is there anyplace I can find the “how to use” instructions to use these filters or can anyone offer up some help.
  I am working in Vegas Pro 10e.
