Remove black moving pixels
Hi!
I’ve recently shoot a home video with my cellphone (didn’t have any better atm) which can capture 1280×720 at 30fps. As expected, in low-light conditions it adds a lot of noise to the footage.
I can remove the light noise and the color noise to a decent result however I can’t do the same for these “black pixels noise”. It’s a one or two pixels that are black, spread throw-out the frame.
I had a compact digital camera, which captured with the same resolution, and this effect also occurred. It must be some effect from low-budget camera that capture in HD.
Anyways, here’s a frame with said noise:

Any ideas on how to remove them?
