    Hello,
I applied a “render – lens flare” to a layer and then went on to do a bunch of other things. Now, I want to remove the lens flare but not lose all the other text and effects I did. How? Also, if I want to apply the lens flare on top of everything, is there a way to put it on a blank layer at the top, or some other better way.
    thanks,
    Scott

Render your lens flare on a layer filled with black (all values zero for RGB), and then set that layers blending mode to screen. You can then move your lens flare around.

Unfortuantely, to get rid of the lens flare you would have top retouch it out, unless you have a backup of the original file.
