Remote Control Title Button problem…
When I press this button in the preview window, it just goes black. I’m new to Encore DVD – Do I have to manually configure what happens when the user presses the Title and Menu buttons on their remote control? If so, how do I do that? In Ulead DVD Workshop, it seemed to be automatic so I must be missing something here…

It’s automatic in Encore, too…up to a point.
The first menu you import will be set to Title menu. If you later delete this menu, you no longer have a title menu, unless you set it yourself (and if it’s not set, you should receive a warning when you use Check Project). You can set Title menu in Disc Properties.
Similar situation in Encore regarding timelines. If you create a timeline by dropping a video asset onto a button, the timeline Menu Remote property is set to the menu automatically. If you create a timeline manually, you’ll have to set the timeline Menu Remote property by hand. Again, if it’s not set it should be called out in Check Project.
If you’re not using Check Project, I recommend you do so.
