  Remote computer (but not more than behind a wall or two)

  Hi.

  I’m building new studios, and one of my highest priorities is to get away from computer and machine noise – thus I’m building a separate machine room to host the machines and one recording and one post room.

  When I visited another facility, I saw an ethernet (I think) based solution in an editing suite (dual computer monitors + broadcast + sound + mouse/keyboard).

  The actual hardware was two stairs away.

  I want this! Yesterday! -;)

  How is it done?
