Hi Anthony.

I’ve always (inadvertently) been sharing the folder (which gives editing properties) rather than just giving viewing access. But you appear to have “cut” the contents rather than “copied”, so the folder is now empty 🙂
It’s not a problem as I’ve got all the files, so I’ve just uploaded it again. I’ve also found out how to give it viewing access only !

Also, be aware that the earlier versions at least need windows XP to do the upgrade.

Ouch, sorry about that! I’m glad you were able to fix my screw up.

I’m just setting up XP on an old harddrive now. Thanks again for all this, you’ve made my clients very happy, and me look very good indeed.

Hello Julian-

It looks like you are still sharing Ex-1 firmware upgrades. If so it would be wonderful if you could share. I’m currently at 1.05 It appears that many are upgrading on a PC I have an older Mac Pro with 10.6.8, Im guessing this will work? Thanks in advance.

Hi Alec.
I’m afraid I’ve only got Windows (XP) versions of the files, and they unfortunately won’t work on the mac.
They may work if you’ve got bootcamp/windows installed, but I’ve not heard of anyone trying that.

that’s running Vista will that be compatible to run
FW update or do I have to find a PC running XP?

I tried various options, but in the end I simply installed an old harddrive into one of my computers and loaded XP onto that. I’m extremely doubtful that there’s a way to bodge it with a different OS.
