reinstall os software question
I’ve been told by carbon copy clone people that I need to reinstall my os software. (my system drive won’t copy…I get error messages). First, they said to run DW, which I did, but I’m still getting the same error message. So they said to reinstall my os software.
Do I just go to the apple site and down load it all over again? Do I do a archive/install?
The computer is only about 4 months old and came with 10.3.7. I’m now running 10.3.8.
