  reinstall error on Express Pro HD…

  Hello,
  After a reinstall of Express Pro HD, I am recieveing this error on application launch…

  “The procedure entry point ?DeviceSeekToTimecode@CDigitalDeviceControl@@QAE?AW4DDCError_t@@Timecode_t@Core@@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library digitalio.dll.”

  Have read knowledge base about this, it says…

  This can occur if you have Adobe After Effects installed on your system prior to installing Xpress Pro HD. Search your system for digitalio.dll. If it is located under Adobe After Effects, then your installation was faulty.

  Uninstall Xpress Pro HD, Avid DIO Runtime, and Adobe After Effects. Then reinstall Xpress Pro HD and Avid DIO Runtime. If the program launches successfully, you can then reinstall Adobe After Effects.

  I’ve done all this and sitll get the same error. There is no “digitalio.dll” on my system anywhere.

  I can’t aford $500+ to get a real voice Avid tech help.

  Any help out there???
